Refund Policy
Refunds of earnest money or deposits are governed by the real estate purchase contract. Typically, deposits are refundable only if a listed contingency is not met or in the event of seller default. After closing, no refunds are offered.

School districts and assignments may change. Azcension Homes makes no representation or warranty regarding schools or school boundaries. Buyers should verify directly with the appropriate school district.
Views
Views are not guaranteed. Landscaping growth, development, or municipal projects may impact views over time.
Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH)
